Press the Analyze button on the instrument screen, the lower electrode will close and the analysis sequence will start and end automatically.

Repeat steps 2b through 2g a minimum of three times.

Set the blank following the procedure outlined in the operator's instruction manual.

Login a minimum of three Standard reps.

測(cè)量范圍非常***。分析樣品時(shí)，樣品被稱重后放到樣品端口中，然后用載氣進(jìn)行沖洗，防止大氣（含氧氣和氮?dú)猓┻M(jìn)入到爐子系統(tǒng)中。

石墨坩堝在脈沖爐中脫氣，以盡量減少自帶的污染。經(jīng)過穩(wěn)定階段后樣品落入坩堝中并熔融。樣品中的氧與石墨坩堝中的碳反應(yīng)生成一氧化碳。氮和氫以單質(zhì)的形式釋放。載氣和樣品氣體通過粉塵過濾網(wǎng)后再進(jìn)入到氧化銅催化爐中，將一氧化碳氧化成二氧化碳。

二氧化碳進(jìn)入到紅外池中用于測(cè)定氧含量，被測(cè)后的氣體導(dǎo)入化學(xué)試劑管，這時(shí)二氧化碳和水被化學(xué)試劑除去，氮元素通過熱導(dǎo)檢測(cè)池含量被測(cè)定。測(cè)量氫時(shí)，載氣換為氮?dú)?，樣品氣體通過舒茨試劑而不是氧化銅催化劑。測(cè)氧和氮時(shí)也可采用更廉價(jià)的氬氣作為載氣。

Unlike steel samples, hydrogen is not as mobile in this group of materials; therefore, storage in liquid nitrogen or dry ice is not required.
