簽證(2024更新中)(今日/行情)， 楊瀾告訴我們，留學(xué)期間很多人會(huì)把她認(rèn)成“日本女孩”。因?yàn)樵谕瑢W(xué)們眼中，中國(guó)的留學(xué)生是不太注意穿著的，而楊瀾的穿著總是大方得體；不僅如此，在他人眼里，中國(guó)的學(xué)生只會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)，而楊瀾則憑借外向的性格和溝通能力和很多外國(guó)同學(xué)打成了一片。畢業(yè)前夕，楊瀾開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)型做起節(jié)目制作人，利用業(yè)余時(shí)間和留學(xué)的便利條件，與上海電視臺(tái)聯(lián)合制作了52期的《楊瀾視線》，首次采訪了亨利·基辛格、沃爾特·克朗凱特等名人，推出個(gè)面向中國(guó)觀眾的、關(guān)于百老匯的專題電視紀(jì)錄片，由此完成了她從單一電視主持人向節(jié)目制作人的成功轉(zhuǎn)型。
對(duì)于碩士和博士項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō)，不少學(xué)生都需要依靠學(xué)校的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金支持，而疫情導(dǎo)致美國(guó)幾乎所有學(xué)校都面臨經(jīng)費(fèi)緊張的情況，難以保障對(duì)學(xué)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)支持。另外，疫情使一些高年級(jí)的博士生無(wú)法正常求職，部分學(xué)校則采取了少招新生、節(jié)省經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)支持老生延期畢業(yè)的方法?？偠灾?，在剛剛過(guò)去的申請(qǐng)季，很多專業(yè)已開(kāi)始縮減錄取人數(shù)，而考慮到這次疫情所帶來(lái)的經(jīng)費(fèi)問(wèn)題會(huì)持續(xù)數(shù)年之久，因此未來(lái)幾年的錄取情況也許都不容樂(lè)觀。
簽證(2024更新中)(今日/行情)， 抵英后，針對(duì)研究生課表，吳芃制定了一份詳細(xì)的涵蓋學(xué)理與實(shí)踐的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃表，目的就是為了將時(shí)間切割、利用好，實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)能力進(jìn)階?！斑@其中還有個(gè)小插曲。我從國(guó)內(nèi)背了不少專業(yè)參考書(shū)過(guò)來(lái)，但是當(dāng)真正開(kāi)課時(shí)才知道，一門(mén)課在上課前往往有超過(guò)50頁(yè)的課本閱讀以及十余篇閱讀，每天課程又排得很滿，能完成老師布置的必讀內(nèi)容已經(jīng)很好了，根本無(wú)暇閱讀帶來(lái)的書(shū)。”吳芃無(wú)奈地說(shuō)。

簽證(2024更新中)(今日/行情)， Applied Program：Organizational Behavior The pure behind this personal statement is to not only gain admission to your well-established and highly respected Ph.D. program， but to impress upon you my passion for learning and my tremendous desire to succeed in both scholastic research and in teaching on the professional level. I have based my decision to pursue an academic career not on purely practical reasons，but rather on my own natural interests and aptitude. My personal philosophy is that money and social status should not be pursued as life-consuming objectives and that in actuality they are the by-products of goals originating from one's inner needs. I understand that my intellectual capacity is a gift， and I intend to use this gift to the very best of my substantial capabilities. I am interested in the field of study of Organizational Behavior. In the past， I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations， depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs)， large multinational firms， or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.
